aBOUT p cARTER.

After making Award winning series and Film for HBO, SHOWTIME, FX, VICE, HULU & STARZ, P. Carter formed the 160BPM collective to bring artists and filmmakers Together who shared a similar aesthetic taste. Born into a family of artists and musicians, the Brooklyn-Native’s childhood years were spent immersed in New York City's music, fashion and contemporary art Worlds. As an adolescent they lived in Paris, London, Berlin and Tokyo and was inspired to write about global metropolitan life. In 2013, Carter graduated with an MFA in screenwriting from UCLA’s School of Theater, Film and is best known for work on HBO’S The Leftovers + VICE’s culture-noir sleeper hit, The Paris Project.
